Work through Workout A,B,C in the morning followed by a stretch session in the evening.

Complete A1 A2 A3 then rest for 30 – 45 seconds repeat 3 times

Workout B

Complete B1 B2 B3 then rest for 30 – 45 seconds repeat 3 times

Workout C

Complete C1 C2 C then rest for 30 – 45 seconds repeat 3 times
